YOU MATTER GREATLY!
YOU MATTER GREATLY TO JESUS CHRIST
You see all things; You saw me growing, changing in my mother’s womb;
Every detail of my life was already written in Your book;
You established the length of my life before I ever tasted the sweetness of it.
(Psalm 139:16)
If you’ve been silenced your whole life, dismissed by people who were supposed to take care of you and nurture you, or manipulated by your own family relationships, you may have been taught—by the wicked words or by the deep inner wounding you have endured—that your life doesn’t matter.
But the truth is this: YOU MATTER GREATLY TO THE LORD AND THAT IS WHY HE CREATED YOU!
And the truth is also this: GOD VALUES YOU SO MUCH THAT HE SENT HIS ONLY SON JESUS CHRIST IN THE FLESH TO DIE AND RISE FOR YOU ~ SO YOU COULD LIVE LIFE FREE AND ETERNALLY WITH HIM!
God is ready to speak to you how valuable you are, how valuable your life is, how important your healing is to Him, and how His wisdom will fully guide and direct you into all of His promises. His Word is not just information—it is living truth that leads to your personal and unique transformation. Will you follow Him and become His Disciple?
In Proverbs 2, God invites us to seek His wisdom like treasure. It says:
“If you receive my words and treasure up my commandments… if you call out for insight… then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God… For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs 2:1–6, ESV)
DID YOU READ THAT? YOU CAN CALL OUT FOR INSIGHT!
AND WHEN YOU DO,
HE WILL FILL YOU WITH THE FEAR OF THE LORD
AND ALL UNDERSTANDING.
What do you need insight about? Speak it out loud to the LORD.
When you come to the Word of God AND to the SPIRIT OF GOD humbly, like a daughter coming to her perfect Father, He fills you with what you have been needing—insight, discernment, clarity, truth and peace. So…OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND CALL OUT FOR INSIGHT! Listen deeply to Him, and trust what He tells you. Because of His Love for you. He will guide you and course correct you, straight into His Way.
But you must submit and be obedient to what He is calling you to do.
This is wisdom not born from fear, but from His love. GOD GIVES HIS WISDOM TO YOU FROM HIS HEART OF LOVE. It leads you to safety and strength, Godly path and purpose - not shame or confusion. His Wisdom is given to you, and it breaks off the lies that once bound you. His Wisdom teaches you how to walk uprightly in a world that tried to break you down.
Proverbs 2 also tells us that His wisdom guards our hearts and protect us from deceptive paths. That is how much He values you and me! Wow, isn’t that amazing?
God's Word lovingly warns and gently redirects, like a shepherd guiding his lambs. We are His precious LAMBS. The wisdom you gain through His Word will heal what others tried to destroy. It will expose falsehoods. It shows you the narrow way of God, the steady way to walk.
Then in Proverbs 3, we are reminded:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)
SO DECIDE TODAY
THAT YOU WILL NOT LEAN ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING
WHY?
BECAUSE IT IS FAULTY.
NOW IS THE TIME TO LEAN ON HIS UNDERSTANDING!
WHY?
BECAUSE IT will set your path straight
and prosperous in his truth and path.
Your past experiences may have taught you to lean on survival skills and yourself, hypervigilance, or avoidance—but the Lord is inviting you now into a new way of living, guided not by trauma responses, but by trusting in Him fully.
He will not abandon you and He won’t leave you hanging!
He promises to “be a shield to those who walk in integrity” (Proverbs 2:7).
As you heal, lean into His Word.
Let it wash over you like healing oil. Let the truth of Scripture rebuild your mind, steady your heart, and speak life into the places that were once bruised and confused. His wisdom is not cold or harsh—it is peace-giving, soul-restoring, and deeply personal.
You are not alone in this journey. The Spirit of God is with you, and His Word is your daily bread.
Keep pressing in, keep listening.
He will continue to lead you out of oppression and into a radiant, free, and wise life in Christ Jesus.
