FREEDOM FROM BONDAGE OF TRAUMA
To the Woman Healing, Growing, and Seeking God’s Wisdom and Way for her precious life,
As you walk through the supernatural process of deep healing from relational abuse, it can be difficult to know who to trust, what to believe, or where to turn next. This may keep you looping in a freeze. After years of being silenced, gaslit, or treated as though your voice and your feelings didn’t matter, your soul may now be craving wholeness through the clarity, peace, and truth of God—but you may be struggling to know how to find it.
The Word and Spirit of God speaks directly to this essential search.
And in a healthy healing community, there is real hope.
I know what it’s like to find yourself in community that is NOT HEALTHY. It mimics the same dysfunctional dynamics you grew up with. It’s awful!
I know what it’s like to be afraid of trusting again. I also know what it’s like to not yet have the discernment of who is truly safe and healed enough to journey with, and seek support from.
Are you coming out of a season where you trusted the wrong people, yet once again? This is most likely a spirit that has not been dealt with and a wound that has not yet been healed. This is a sign you may need to finally slow down and do the deep journey of healing and deliverance with the LORD.
Maybe you have found yourself, once again, in a community where you just feel something is off. And I want you to know God can lead you into a SAFE HEALING COMMUNITY where real and deep healing can take place.
In a safe and skilled, Holy Spirit led community that understands how deep healing truly happens you can truly heal. You will know you are safe because you feel safe.
Relationally safe people are emotionally mature. They pray to walk in the Fruits of the Spirit.
If you do not feel safe, it is most likely not a community you can deeply heal within.
You must feel safe in order to heal the core woundings. Otherwise the core wounded parts will not come up to the surface for the healing that is essential.
If you are mostly dissociated still, there is hope and real lasting healing.
I know what it’s like to be numbed out and dissociated - this is a place where discernment is dimmed and wrong steps happen easily. But God does turn what the enemy means for evil for good. So, stay with me here as we explore the hope that is available for you on this spiritual journey of becoming.
If you’ve been silenced, dismissed, or manipulated in relationships, you may have been taught—by words or by wounds—that your voice doesn’t matter and that your decisions can’t be trusted. But the truth is: God has always been ready to speak life, healing, and wisdom over you. His Word is not just information—it is living truth that leads to your personal and powerful inner transformation.
When we come to the Word of God humbly, like a daughter coming to her perfect Father, He fills us with what we’ve been missing—discernment, clarity, and peace. This is wisdom not born from fear, but from love. It leads us to safety and strength, not shame or confusion. It breaks off the lies that once bound us and teaches us how to walk uprightly in a world that tried to break us down.
His wisdom is not far from any of us—it is calling us all home into safety, into strength, and into spiritual discernment.
In Proverbs 2, we are reminded that when we seek God’s wisdom like hidden treasure, He gives it freely and generously:
“My son [or daughter], if you receive my words and treasure up my commandments with you, making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding… then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”
—Proverbs 2:1–6 (ESV)
Proverbs 2 also tells us that God’s wisdom guards our hearts and protects us from deceptive paths. God's Word lovingly warns and gently redirects, like a shepherd guiding his lambs. The wisdom you gain through His Word and relational connection with Him, will fully heal what others tried to destroy. It will expose falsehoods and show you a new, steady way to walk.
Walking in Wholeness.
God’s wisdom is protective. It shields us from deceptive people, from abusive people and abusive patterns, and from the deceptive voices that once led you into harm.
“He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of His saints.”
—Proverbs 2:7–8
You are not alone.
He is watching over your steps. He is guiding you into truth and safety as you listen to Him.
And as you slow down, and remain in His presence -
He will walk you one step at a time - into His promise and path for your life.
Continue to walk the path of healing and restoration.
Proverbs 3 offers a deeply comforting invitation:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.”
(Proverbs 3:5–6)
The good news in that none of us have to know how to navigate our way through this alone. In a safe and healing community there will be spiritual healing and breakthrough. If you need support, there is help here in our community for you.
One step at a time, He can direct your next step—and your entire future.
In the Book of Proverbs, God’s Wisdom is referred to as “She”
And here is His promise for those who hold fast to God’s Wisdom:
“She (God’s Wisdom) is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her;
those who hold her fast (God’s Wisdom) are called blessed.”
—Proverbs 3:18
Your past experiences may have taught you to lean on survival skills, hypervigilance, or avoidance—but the Lord is inviting you now into a new way of living, guided not by trauma, but by trust. He will not abandon you. He promises to “be a shield to those who walk in integrity” (Proverbs 2:7).
As you heal, lean into His Word. Lean into His Arms. His Faithful arms. His presence can wash over you like the most beautiful healing oil. If you are having a hard time connecting to Him in this way, you are not alone. And there is nothing wrong with you. In my own journey, it took 3 years of weekly meeting times with my own inner healing and deliverance minister. It was hard, but so worth it. I was like a shell of myself, until I made deep healing and deliverance my priority. I had to prioritize it, otherwise I would have stayed looping in my old ways, old identity, and old bondage.
It is time to break free!
Scripture will rebuild your mind. Surrendering to God’s way and control will steady your heart, giving peace. Do not try to control or create your life. You need to surrender it all to Him.
He will speak truth and life into the places that were once bruised and confused. His wisdom is not cold or harsh—it is peace-giving, soul-restoring, and deeply personal.
You are not alone in this journey. The Spirit of God is with you, and His Word is your daily bread. Keep pressing in, keep listening, and He will continue to lead you out of oppression and into a radiant, free, and wise life in Christ Jesus.
You are not too broken.
You are not too late.
And you are not too far gone.
You are in the hands of the One who knows how to lead you out of oppression and into your radiant and whole identity and expression—through His living Word, by His Spirit, and in His love.
Keep going, precious one.
Wisdom of God is walking with you. Are you slowing down enough to follow His Wisdom and Guidance?
