Hello there, I am happy to connect with you here. My name is Meisha Bosma, and I am a Root Healing Guide and Inner Family Foundation Facilitator.
I help women reclaim wholeness and renew steadfast faith and foundation. I assist mothers, leaders, coaches and self-healers skillfully fortify their true authentic self after unhealthy relationships.
We begin right where you are, slowly and gently, building trust so that you can create a new foundation for your entire life.
I am a mother, and a guide for women, and I love gathering in sisterhood for healing and rising.
5 years ago, while assisting others along their healing journey, this phrases were delivered to me: “Root Healing and Inner Family Foundation.” I heard it over and over, and although I did not fully understand what it meant yet, it was clear it was important for my path, so I trusted and followed its unfolding.
As I journeyed, I understood a NEW INNER FOUNDATION was to be built inside of women, between her own Inner Masculine and Inner Feminine. Between her Wounded Inner Child and her Healed Inner Child. Between her Soul and her Mind. Between her Ego and all of her Inner Family Pillars. Just As You Are will bring you home to your Wholeness, so you feel safe, confident, clear and fully-ready to BE EXACTLY WHO YOU ARE.
What I’ve witnessed is that some women don't feel safe to feel their own feelings, and because of this they have a hard time trusting.
You no longer need to dim your vulnerabilities, in fact, your safety depends on your willingness to be vulnerable again after creating an armor to protect yourself. Together we will rise a foundation of safety so your vulnerability can return, and you feel safe and secure to express yourself.
Let’s make it safe for you to feel, to express and to awaken your true balance within. Welcome Wounded Inner Child, Healed Inner Child, Inner Mother, Inner Father, Divine Queen, Divine King, Body, Ego, Mind and Soul: You are all part of the sacred journey home to Wholeness, Faith and Foundation.

I have wanted this for so long. For about sixteen years I have been working on myself. I have made some changes that have definitely made a difference in my life but I was still reacting to life and often overtaken by my emotions. I was feeling stuck and fearful. I wanted to heal deeply and rise above my pain. I had had enough.
